Graduating with Honors from Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA, he completed his dual major in International Business and Spanish in 2003. Within four weeks Bill was promoted into a Site Supervisor position and just six months later became an Assistant Manager. In 2011 Bill was hand selected to work with a new client and expanded to the Midwest from Atlanta to grow the market. In 2012 he expanded to the Southwest to continue growing the clients and markets nationwide. Last year alone Metroplex Management Group expanded 11 times and is on track to beat that this year. Metroplex Management Group just finished organizing the National Manager Meeting hosted in their city Dallas, TX. Seventeen of their own executive level managers learned from the best examples in the nation. Topics including training, development, coaching, mentoring and human resources were spoken on during the all-expense paid conference.
